Our research involving young adults with cerebral palsy: Health info at home

“Charting the Course for Good Healthcare”

Information Sheet Version 2 7th Sept 2013

A disability health research project in the Hunter, launch site for the DisabilityCare NDIS.

We are seeking young adults (18-21 yrs) with

Cerebral Palsy who live in the Hunter Valley

We would like to speak to them about the health information that they keep for themselves at home.

We are paying participants $40 each in return for their time.

We would like to visit people at home for 1-2 hours to ask them about:

  • How they store and use health information
  • What kind of information they store, and how they access the information and share it with others
  • And to observe how they use their own health information at home.
